About Rob Roe

Rob Roe graduated from Western Illinois University in 2002 and worked as a paralegal for a small firm in Chicago. During his six years there, Rob was responsible for the firm’s Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Corporate matters. While simultaneously attending law school, Rob Roe then worked as a paralegal with the IRS Chief Counsel Strategic Litigation group where he focused on tax shelters, transfer pricing, complex real estate, property transactions, business transactions, complex corporate formations, like kind exchanges, and off shore asset valuation. 

Rob graduated from John Marshall Law and was admitted to the bar in 2010. He returned to the same small law firm in 2012 as a partner to handle all real estate transactions, property issues, estate planning, probate matters, and corporate matters. Since then he has handled over a thousand closings from simple residential closings, large multipurpose commercial transactions, and 1031 exchanges. Additionally, he has handled landlord-tenant issues, estates and assets of all sizes passing both outside and court probate processes, and matters pertaining to business assets, real estate, will contests and trust issues.

In 2017 Rob opened Rob Roe and Associates PC. The practice focuses on the areas of real estate, probate, estate planning and corporate law.
